Robert Abelson Ph.D. (Dr. Bob) is a certified general real estate appraiser since 1996 and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor since 2002. He has been appraising commercial and residential properties in Southern California since 1993. His appraisal practice assignments specialize in valuation issues for estate and income tax reporting, charitable donations, litigation, eminent domain and private party issues while his real estate consulting practice includes property tax assessment (consulting and appeals) and real estate forensic data research. In addition to teaching for McKissock, Dr. Bob is a real estate appraisal instructor at UCLA Extension and an associate faculty member at Saddleback College where he teaches real estate courses and serves as a member of their Real Estate Advisory Committee. Dr. Bob has a BS and MS degree in physics, and his doctorate is in geophysics.

Joanne Bailey is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Maryland and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. Active as an appraiser since 1986, she has over 30 years of experience in the profession and specializes in the appraisal and review of complex properties. She has extensive program development and instructional experience in real estate, appraising, and business.

Dan Bone is an active Certified Residential Appraiser in the Los Angeles area developing appraisals for a wide variety of uses including estate planning, mortgage lending, dissolution of marriage and litigation. He specializes in hi-end single family dwellings, vacant land, small income units, new construction and rehabs. Dan has served as an expert witness in several prominent cases and was the CEO and lead instructor of the Appraisal School, Inc. for over 25 years. Dan has helped to author and instruct over 25 California State Approved courses and is an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor.

Dan Bradley is the Director of Online Appraisal Curriculum for McKissock Learning. He has been a practicing real property appraiser since 1987, and has been instructing and authoring appraisal courses since 1992. Dan is a state certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania, holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is currently on the FHA appraiser roster. He also holds a CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designation from the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
From 2004 until 2013, Dan was a member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers, serving for five years as vice-chairman and three years as chairman. He has also has served as a contracted expert witness appraisal reviewer for the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Amelia Lovorn Brown is a certified residential appraiser and Realtor in both Tennessee and Mississippi. She holds both a BBA degree in business and an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. She has been instructing real estate and appraisal classes for over 15 years for state bodies, lenders, appraisers, and the Justice Department. She is currently a chairperson on the State of Mississippi Appraisal Licensing and Certification Board.

Wally Czekalski has been in real estate for 45 years, with a special concentration in appraisal. He holds a Pennsylvania general appraiser certificate, a real estate broker’s license, an IFAS designation, and is currently on the VA panel and FHA roster of appraisers. His experience includes appraisals and expert witness testimony involving all types of real property.

John Dorie has been in the Real Estate profession since the 1980’s as a licensed Broker, Residential Appraiser, Property Tax Consultant, and most recently a Property Tax Arbitrator. Dorie began instructing CE classes in 2004, is an AQB-certified instructor and now teaches at the college-level. Dorie has authored several courses for appraiser CE classes including the Fannie Mae Selling Guide, the FHA Handbook, Computing and Supporting the Adjustments within the Sales Comparison Approach, and Appraising Environmentally-Friendly Residential Properties. Dorie is an active pilot and is a Mission Pilot in the Civil Air Patrol with the grade of Major.

Chuck Fisher has been involved in real estate finance and appraisal since 1977. He has been in private practice since 1986 and has spent time as a consultant and staff in an appraisal regulatory setting. He has authored live and distance learning appraisal seminars and courses. Chuck is a state certified general appraiser in Oregon and holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Since 2008, he has focused his professional activities on real estate regulatory compliance and education. He has worked with appraisers, clients of appraisers, and regulators to foster a better understanding of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and appraisal practice. Chuck Fisher is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

Robert Frazier, SRA, FRICS is a real estate and valuation educator and consultant. He retired from the Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2017 where he had served as acting director, deputy director, and housing policy advisor for Single Family Valuation Policy for FHA. Major duties included co-authoring the valuation sections of the Handbook 4000.1 and technical development of the electronic appraisal delivery system. Frazier is a Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Alex Gilbert is a California certified residential appraiser and AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. He has been teaching USPAP for 12 years and the past 20 years has supervised the residential appraisal process for California Bank & Trust.

David M Hundrieser, ASA, IFA is a State Certified Appraiser with 30 years of experience specializing in complex residential appraisal and review. He is a former Chief Appraiser and a former member of the Appraisal Standards Board (2015-2017). He is currently specializing in appraisals, appraisal reviews and litigation support. As an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and NAIFA Instructor he has taught appraisal classes throughout the Midwest as well as CA, NY and Canada.

Charles “Chuck” Huntoon has been a real estate appraiser for over 20 years with extensive teaching and expert witness experience. He holds BS and MBA degrees from Syracuse University. His teaching experience includes Manor Junior College, LaSalle University and Pennsylvania State University, Ogontz Campus. Chuck has also been a real estate broker since 1977. He also holds a CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designation from the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC), is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, and holds Appraisal Institute’s SRA designation.

Philicia started her Appraisal Career in 1988. She has been teaching Real Estate Appraisal and USPAP courses since 2003. She is an active Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Broker in New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. She currently serves as an Appraisal Special Magistrate in Broward County, Florida. Philicia is the owner of Lloyd Real Estate Services LLC, and she holds the designations of CCIM and MRICS.

Rob Luciani has been working in the Real Estate Profession for his entire adult life, starting out by working part-time in a Real Estate office right after graduating from High School, and while attending College.
He subsequently became Licensed as a PA Real Estate Broker, Certified Appraiser, Property Assessor, and AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
He began his Teaching career approximately 20 years ago, and has taught for organizations such as the American Society of Appraisers, and the Assessors Association of PA, and is an Adjunct Real Estate Professor at the Community College of Philadelphia, and Temple University.
Additionally, he is an Expert Witness for the PA State Board of Certified Appraisers, and the PA Department of Transportation.

Steve Maher is a real estate appraisal instructor and consultant, with experience teaching appraisal continuing education courses across the nation. His appraisal company specializes in all levels of residential valuation, including land, 1-4 multi-family homes, manufactured homes, employee relocation, investment properties, and assisting real estate agents in the valuation of complex properties.

Rob McClelland is a Certified Residential Appraiser in California with over 30 years of experience. He spent most of those years conducting residential, review and REO appraisals for mortgage lending and has been both a staff and fee appraiser. Currently, he owns and operates his own appraisal firm specializing in retrospective appraisals for estate, tax and family planning purposes. He has been an appraisal instructor teaching qualifying and continuing education courses since 2005 and has authored several courses in that time. He has been an AQB Certified USPAP instructor since 2006, has an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor credential and has also taught webinars since 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach and holds an Associate degree in Real Estate.

Larry McMillen has professionally committed to teaching and his appraisal practice for over 30 years. He earned degrees in economics, education and real estate from Antioch College in Northern Kentucky University. Larry has been a Certified USPAP Instructor since 2002. Before his appraisal career he was an administrator for Northern Kentucky Comprehensive Care and a teacher at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Julie Molendorp is a General Certified Appraiser in both Missouri and Kansas. She is currently employed by Commerce Bancshares, Inc. with offices in both Kansas City and St. Louis. She works as both a Staff Review Appraiser and Supervisor of a team of specialists who handle risk management and valuation for the bank’s Commercial Loan Services. She serves as the Vice-Chair of the Missouri Appraisers Commission, and has been a Commissioner since 2007. Julie holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of Central Missouri, and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

Tony Pistilli is the SVP, General Manager of Valuation Services and Chief Appraiser for Computershare Valuation Services, LLC.
Tony oversees the valuation business, including Traditional Appraisal, BPO, Inspections, Data and Analytics and Hybrid Appraisal. He is also tasked with
introducing innovative and compliant valuation products and industry leading solutions to the marketplace.
Tony has over 25 years of real estate appraising and lending experience with national banks, mortgage companies, a federal agency in addition to being self-employed as a fee appraiser.
Tony is a member of several appraisal industry organizations and is a subject matter expert for the Appraisal Foundation in the area of declining markets and previously served as vice-chair of the Minnesota Real Estate Appraiser Board.
Tony is an AQB certified USPAP instructor and holds a certified residential appraisers license.

Dale Shea is an active certified general appraiser in Illinois and Wisconsin. With offices in both Lake County, IL, and Chicago, IL, Dale’s group specializes in complex residential and small commercial properties, including high-end new construction and rehabs. He is also active in the acquisition, development and resale of distressed properties in the Chicago area. Dale is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

An appraiser since 1974, Dr. Tosh is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor with a certified general appraisal license in California. Dan has authored numerous publications related to the valuation profession and holds two Ph.D.s in economic and a Juris Doctorate from Novus Law School. In addition to teaching for McKissock, Dr. Tosh serves as an adjunct professor at Novus Law School.

Steve Vehmeier is the author of over 50 appraisal qualifying and continuing education courses and textbooks for multiple colleges, appraisal organizations, and schools nationwide. He holds a certified general appraisal certification in Florida and has been a member or affiliate of eight national professional appraisal organizations and a national director at two of them. Steve is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

John Willey has been active in the appraisal profession since 1976. He is a certified general appraiser in Virginia as well as a board-approved real estate appraisal instructor in Virginia. John is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a member of the ASA Chapter 78 and holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser. He currently owns an appraisal and consulting service in Virginia.
